"The properry is basic but meets all the needs of someone looking for an apartment hotel in a good location. It's on a quiet street with a supermarket 5 minutes walk away, 5 minutes to the station and to the city centre. There is plenty of space for baggage! Parking is free on nearby streets so no need to pay for the underground carpark except for convenience."

Hotels.xom could not help so booked another hotel to find that after 45 minutes of waiting for the lights to suddenly turn on! The person at the counter spoke no English and did not explain why they were closed without notice. I couldn't get refund on other hotel I booked. "This hotel was perfect for our needs of travelling through France. The beds were firm and comfy, and the bathroom and bedroom spacious and clean. The hotel staff were also friendly and nice. Breakfast is VERY self service, but totally fine. Beware that Blois has a demanted one-waysystem. Driving through it using an English sat nav courtsey of Google Maps resulted in some shocking errors. There are plenty of nice restaurants near the hotel too. Recommended."

Bathroom was tiny and badly laid out (oversized sink was an unavoidable obstacle between toilet and doorway) while the shower unit was very small. Shower itself was good. "We booked the hotel on Expedia around 10pm by 11:30pm we were at the hotel. We were not able to check in since there was nobody at the reception. We called the number provided, only to see the phone ringing at the reception but nobody to answer it. So we were left without hotel and 3 small children in the car. Obviously money was deducted from our account and now we have to chase the refund. I would be careful booking this hotel!!!"
