"The room was nice and the staff were nice. However, multiple families from our softball team stayed at this hotel. We all had a minimum of 4 people staying in each room. Every room only had 1 or 2 towels. The front desk said they were out when we tried to get more. They didn’t even have hand towels they could give us. We were in a room that slept 6, but had 1 towel. That is extremely unacceptable. Towels are a basic necessity, and there’s no reason we shouldn’t have had enough…especially after...
