When they seen that, my mother was not going to be able to go up to the second floor, they made sure to give her a ground floor room. We went to our room and found everything that we needed. "The breakfasts were great, the beds very comfortable and the staff really friendly. We stayed 4 nights. After the second I asked that our floors be cleaned. There was popcorn on the floor from the previous occupants and the bathroom corners were grubby. On day 3 I had to rescue a toy from down the back of the bed and found skittles wrappers (not ours), and lots more, from who knows how long ago. I wish I hadn’t looked. For the price it should have been spotless. "
