"Writing the review with the understanding this is a budget motel. It had a good customer rating so I thought I'd try it. Location is in a fairly run-down area right off the interstate exit. Lobby is very small, front desk window is thick plexiglass with a tiny hole to stick your card under, like a sketchy convenience store. Doesn't give a great first impression. Room had a damp smell but had been updated recently. The sheets were clean, however there was hair present in the shower and dirt/dust...

"Breakfast hours end a bit early for west coasters and the food was average (not a problem though). Not the most comfortable mattress but we slept OK. Elevator old and slow. Pool closed last of the time for maintenance. Pretty good value overall, which was what we wanted for a four night stay."

"The staff's attitude was terrible. The booking stated that breakfast was included, but the staff told me it wasn't. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if breakfast wasn't included. I feel like I've been scammed."
