"This place is clean, has a good lock on the door, is close to the Mong Kok MTR station and the bed is thin but comfortable. The biggest issue is that the shower and toilet are usable with difficulty due to plumbing issues. I just used toilets at restos/malls. I had a room with windows so it got noisy. "I am really concerned about the security of all my personal belongings. The lockers are very small. The cleaning lady opened all the doors and the front entrance for a few hours in the afternoon to do the cleaning. I dont feel safe leaving my luggage inside the room."

"The room I stayed with my daughter is nice. Small but clean. If you don't have too many luggages and ok with a small bathroom where the toilet and the shower are not separated, it's a good choice. The location is convenient. Many buses stop right outside of the hotel and the mtr is about three minutes walk. Tiny bit of noise from the cars outside but not a big deal. It's one of those things you compromise when you pick a convenient location like this hotel. Tons of shops and locals restaurants...

"Room service (such as dusting and moping floor) is not daily. You see roaches here, there, and everywhere. Killed more than 10 roaches, sizes from tiny to small to medium. No big flying ones. Location is great. MTR station is downstairs near the corner of street. Take out and sit in restaurants far and near. Lastly, I had problem with door lock but hotel owner sent repair staff to fix it pretty soon. I need to be taught how to close the door; otherwise, it may not be locked."
