He is very responsive and if you are planning to go to fansipan i would recommend to get the desk from hotel it’s cheaper than buying tickets at the spot. Climate was very nice"

Kamer was niet schoon, zaten koffie vlekken op de grond er er lag nog een gebruikte handdoek in de badkamerkast. "Very nice people working here. Unfortunately the hotel had cleanliness issues and several instances of roaches in the room. When house keeping comes in they do not actually clean. They make beds and replace towels but no actual cleaning. Dirty surfaces remained uncleaned."

"Very convenient location -- rooms overlooking the lake have a great view including the mountains (but the lake was unfortunately dry during our stay). Staff extremely helpful but almost no English. However, the manager/owner (Mr Thanh) was often around or available to consult by phone. Breakfast rather limited, though you can get Vietnamese filter coffee and milk if you know to ask for them. No lift, so you might have to walk up three flights, although staff will help you with bags."

"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...
