"The location of the hotel is close to the train station and near many transit lines, and the core transit is free for tourists. You can walk to many sights, like Parliment Building. Other sights are accessible by streetcar or bus. The #12 bus to the Zentrum Paul Klee is like a sightseeing route up the hills. There are numerous cafes and restaurants and shops nearby.

"Everything was good except the elevators didn’t worked. We had to carry our luggage’s to 2nd floor.

"Although it may a listed as 2 star but there was no elevator so bringing luggage to 3rd floor was a workout. No air conditioning. Smallest possible washroom stuck inside room with glass door that did not hide much.

The staff was super helpful and the location is super walkable to many public transport options. Our main downside was the street noise and church bells that rang hourly through the night."

"This is our second time staying here. It’s a good location if you’re traveling by train or car. The Check-In is much different than our stay 3 years ago. No one is on staff for check-in and the QR code process is a little awkward but we figured it out. "The place is quite a walk from Brienz West but if you dont mind walking, the scenery was awesome/priceless and the extra walk to Brienz town and to the Ship Station was awesome. And special mention coffee and breakfast is awesome."
