"Hotel was overbooked (I booked a month in advance) when I arrived at 11pm with 2 small children. The front desk staff sent me to another property where the staff member was rude and said they couldn’t accommodate me. I had to go from hotel to hotel at 11pm to find a room for the night. When I finally found a room at another hotel it was more expensive but I got it since the kids were tired from traveling. "Not worth the money if they stick you in the Annex building, which is a shabby, detached building next to the main hotel. It was on par with the Rodeway Inn down the street, but twice the price."

"Room 306 has a weird clacking sound that happens twice in the middle of the night. Just a quick clack at around 12:30 am then again around 1 am. Sounds like someone unlocking the deadbolt on the door. Not sure if it's the refrigerator, maybe. But other than that it was a really good stay. Thanks"
