"Wonderful hospitality (the best I experienced during my month in Samoa), including generous helpings of excellent traditional Samoan food. A willingness to engage in open conversation and share the experiences of typical village life....I left with a much better understanding of "normal" Samoan life, both the joys AND the challenges, which is what I personally want to learn about when I travel to any country. Was privileged to watch Samoan cocoa being prepared, from raw cacao bean to final drink. A totally immersive, joyful, authentic beach fale experience.....highly recommend."
