"Room good , but no hot water "

"The rooms were alright, hot water is available early in the morning. The bathrooms were ok but could've been a bit tidier!! A few roaches and lizards were present but thankfully no bed bugs!! "

"Water in the bathrooms and toilets were not available at all times. Cleanliness was also an issue as all rooms were not properly clean. The ceiling fans were very noisy when on use and was a huge disturbance during the sleep hours"

"Staff was extremely kind and polite . People comes first then rest follows . The entire staff crew is very friendly "

"I booked 2 Rooms in one booking. When I come for check in, they said there is no booking found. Later they took few minutes to find my bookings. Then they said sorry. While i checked out the same problem they told only one room paid. Second payment not received. We showed our payment receipt. Then they took few minutes to check with their system they found full payment. We feel they are not in good knowledge. Unwanted waiting while check in and check out. "
