"This is a very well appointed hotel right on the edge of Lake Garda, set in the heart of Torbole. It is a great base to explore the area from, there is a bus stop almost outside the hotel and the ferry stops a couple of minutes walk down the road. It is very comfortable, the staff are lovely and it has excellent facilities. Breakfast over looking the lake is a real treat. I would recommend eating there for an evening meal at least once. The food is exquisite. Overall we loved our time there and...

"Auch mit Hund ein super Hotel"

"great location within the town. Simply amazing"

"Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder könnten mal modernisiert werden. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Und das gesamte Hotel war super sauber. Die Speisen waren ebenfalls sehr gut und eine es gab eine große Auswahl. Wer da nicht satt wurde hat selber schuld."

"The hotel is very dated. The bedding is terrible polyester material. The breakfast was limited. The staff was nice for what the property offered. The best part is the view and location. The shuttle to the ferry station is not free, just 1.50€ but still it’s not disclosed. Lake Garda is beautiful but I probably won’t stay at this location again."

"Nice hotel, open to families with young children. The room was great with a separate area for our son and the staff very kind and reactive (including. on WhatsApp). The only few downsides were: - the hotel say they have all required equipment for children (e.g. stroller) which is the case, but surprisingly we had to pay an extra for it (wasn’t so clear on the website) - the view was a bit disappointing:...

"Es hat von der Decke getropft."

"We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel and gardens are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing—everything from cooked-to-order omelettes, bacon, and eggs to fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and fresh juices in a lovely, fresh setting. The spa facilities (indoor pool, sauna, massages) looked top-notch. Location is ideal, just steps from Riva del Garda's old town. My only critique is that the rooms felt small and quite...

"I wouldn’t say this was a 4 star hotel, breakfast not great, pool tiny & cold, steam room small & smells funny. The room was very basic, not a great bathroom but we were given a disabled room. Positives were free bike hire & location."

"Clean and old carpeted and the space of the rooms is small upon arrival the hotel receptionist would like to select our rooms in an annex building and not in the main building and I refused and Mrs. Elissi attended the hotel manager as I thought and decided to change the rooms and treated them nicely and good breakfast good and service good requested in the booking bed for my baby In the room and when I did not want a response from the hotel on my order and after arrival it was done but at an...
