"The facility was clean, and the unit we stayed in was very pleasant. The staff members were all very helpful. However, the glamping area may not suit seniors with mobility concerns. We had an issue with the air conditioning at check-in, but they promptly resolved it by moving us to an alternate unit. Although this caused some hassle with packing and unpacking, the rest of our stay was amazing, thanks to the beautiful natural views. The food was satisfactory, and the à la carte breakfast was...

"環境很好，風景也超讚，一定要親自住過才知道有多爽"

"Great view. "

"Refrain, if not totally avoid, from using paints with very strong smell, in renovating the rooms while you’re accepting guests. It made our head spin and vomit. The strong smell seeped into our airconditioned room, and that made the room felt suffocating."

"The stay here was very nice. I recommend. The staff is what made our stay extra enjoyable. They were amazing and always attentive."

"If you want a hotel right on the main strip and just off the beach, close to all the best bars, restaurants and other amenities ( laundry, pharmacy, massage, mini market) it doesn’t get much better than The Town. " my number one impression was the cleanliness of the rooms and inside the property...don't let the exterior fool you. staff was respectful and attentive. owner went out of us way to accommodate our traveling arrangements back to Puerto princessa "

"It’s an air conditioned room,3 minutes walk to El Nido main beach. Plenty of restaurants around. The downside of this hotel are the garbage around the area and the shower and toilet together are cramped in a very small room. And the towels are very old. Very nice and helpful staff. "

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained and good breakfast. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient to find good food. Overall, a great place to stay and I would recommend it to others."

"Bra ställe som ligger centralt. Personalen alltid trevlig och mycket hjälpsam. Björn och Camilla"

"Near on everything."
