"Lisa was great. She was very personable, informative, helpful and obviously working very hard to make up what appeared to be a staff shortage. Disappointed that the pool was not open for understandable reasons. Continental breakfast seem lacking for adults. Receptionists seem to be wearing too many hats and having to leave the desk, which pointed toward staff shortage. "When I first arrived into room ,the floor was not swept,dead flies on window sill,curtains that were not hung properly holes in curtains. No outdoor seats or table like every other room had,had to take next room over when they left.Day 2 toilet was plugged had to ask for plunger and do myself. I was told at check in I would have to ask for clean towels so I knew that.But being reserved for 3 days should not have to ask for more coffee or cups. TV very small to see from beds.
