"The bed in room 112 is terrible…it sinks and ever time one of us turned over the bed make a metal grind sound that kept us up all night. The AC was not consistent. So we were hot during the night. There was warm water to shower but not hot water."

"To show the extent to which the staff gave assistance I note my rental car tire was flat leaving me stranded close to checkout time. The manager, Barry, provided the name & # of a nearby tire repair service & then personally aired my tire up with his portable air compressor so I could drive to the shop. He also extended my checkout time to accommodate the repair. WAY "above & beyond" the call of duty."

"It was decent. We have stayed here before but we have had issues with the cleanliness of our rooms. We have seen trash and wrappers on rugs and sometimes our rooms has had a wet dog smell"

"Pool and hot tub were cold but the room was a great size! Never had 2 king beds before. Zero water pressure but I would stay here again for sure"
