"We booked two rooms. One of them smelled so strongly of cigarettes we had to ask for another room. Neither had hand soap-they put body wash by the sinks. Neither room had shampoo either-again there was body wash and they had conditioner. The rooms were okay clean but there was a lot of dirt in the corners and on walls. The front desk staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was okay."

"To show the extent to which the staff gave assistance I note my rental car tire was flat leaving me stranded close to checkout time. The manager, Barry, provided the name & # of a nearby tire repair service & then personally aired my tire up with his portable air compressor so I could drive to the shop. He also extended my checkout time to accommodate the repair. WAY "above & beyond" the call of duty."

"Check in was easy and the attendant was helpful with food recommendations. The place is older and as such the AC Unit could use replacing or servicing - it was loud and shook the bed that was on the same wall. We would have really appreciated if the AC had been turned on for our arrival so the room was at a nice temp we arrived. Beds were comfy but pillows could be replaced (quite lumpy). Room was large and perfect for our big family."

"This is a rustic hotel, built from an old bank building. The rooms are efficient. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a corner shower in the main room, so vanity might be an issue for you. We had a small refrigerator, but no microwave. There is a window mounted air conditioner which was rather loud. The hotel is located on the main highway through town, so traffic noise was an issue. There's a very good restaurant located across the street, and a nice grocery store just one block over, so...
