"Hermoso hotel and linda vista. Y muy limpio hotel.. me gusto la alberca.."

"The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. The downside was that it overlooks a very busy main road in Mazatlán, so there was loud Mexican polka music until almost midnight, and still loud noise after that. I’m a light sleeper. My kids slept ok, but for me, I had to use ear plugs, inside of noise canceling headphones, buried in my own down pillow, to get quiet enough to sleep. Aside from that, the front desk guy was helpful and parking was gated at night. "

"Although I only stayed one night the Tramonto was a great relaxing hotel/condo. Would not change a lot and probably could stay a month in this hotel. The centre unit has a big balcony facing the ocean. Great pool are with an excellent view of the sunset. Probably would be a good idea to put a coffee maker in the unit. Overall would highly recommend this property."

"The friendly staff is managed by the English-speaking morning desk attendant, who thoughtfully put this "old guy" into a ground floor room. He also obtained a cab to the airport for me at the end of my stay. I've stayed here twice, so I can attest the rooms are clean and everything in them (TV, toilet & sink spigots, overhead fan, AC/de-humidifier/ventilator & hot water shower) work just fine. "Pictures are definitely false advertisement!! No pool and the a/c in the rooms do NOT work! Struggled to get a room because they didn’t want to take a credit card payment. "
