"Breakfast was very good. Just that you get the same thing every day. Breakfast is very fresh!"

"😡 I originally made a reservation & paid for 16 days. However, I left this hotel early because my doctor finished up some treatments early. The hotel manager said he would give me a hotel credit for the 8 days I left early. I liked that idea because my wife visits Quito a lot. However, the hotel manager LIED to me & my wife. The manager refused to give me any sort of documentation that stated we had a credit for 8 days at that hotel. Expedia even tried to contact them but that was of no use....

"We really liked this place. We stayed too briefly to enjoy the pool and left too early the next morning to catch the breakfast but ready enjoyed the view of the mountain."

"The staff was really helpful and kind. There is no arcade room as it was advice as one of the place's highlights and the main reason I choose that one over the other options"

"Breakfast is great including, other meal options ; at night and early morning tour very well, tour guide has a lot of knowledge . Beautiful place. "
