"Literie mauvaise qualité. Il manquait des ampoules salle de bain les caches interrupteurs faisaient que tomber et donc difficile d'allumer. La climatisation ne marchait pas. Aucune tablette pour poser un produit salle de bain. Et réclamation de la facture alors que c'était déjà payé depuis le jour de la réservation. Votre site a vous ne mentionne aucun numéro de réservation et le paiement est affiché sur la 3e page. Pas clair du tout expedia c'est expédié. Non pas...

"Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

"It was very difficult to find the hotel because there was any signage of hotel in the village. We spent 40 mins. to find the hotel. The heating system was poor but staff was kind and the room and facilities were very nice."

"Lo positivo del establecimiento es su cercanía a los remontes, con los beneficios que esto reporta. Respecto a otros temas, no tan positivos, la comida, tanto desayuno como cena, no fue en absoluto de mi agrado. El baño hacía que viajaras en el tiempo, al pasado, estaba operativo pero excesivamente antiguo, diría yo. La habitación también lucía muy antigua."
