"Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway.

"It was very difficult to find the hotel because there was any signage of hotel in the village. We spent 40 mins. to find the hotel. The heating system was poor but staff was kind and the room and facilities were very nice."
