"I booked one night stay at this hotel, but through some glitch of the system the date was wrong. Expedia tried to get my money back or change my booking, but the hotel refused. If I could give nil stars, I would. "

"We arrived this hotel about 10:00 pm. There was no attending staff. We received an email one day before arrival and provided a code for entering the main entrance but the code did not work. We met one gentleman (supposedly he was the staff) and help me to retrieve the main entrance code but asked us to pay Euro 1.61. He did not explain anything. The main lobby was all dark and we could not find the switches to turn on the light."

"When we got there, the front office was closed. They have a machine to get your room information, but because I paid through hotels.com, I could not get the information. We had to wait until someone finally came out and helped us. The beds are very stiff and the pillows were flat once you put your head on them. Also, the room was warm even with the air on. Otherwise, it's not a bad hotel. The staff was kind. The room had the basic necessities and the free parking was a major plus."

"Everything was very good about this property. EXCEPT our mattress was awful. For our night rate I expect something different than a broken down hard mattress. It was very hard to sleep. Need new mattress and our stay would have been better. Thank you."

"The checkin was difficult. The shower kept flooding the bathroom and bedroom. The gentleman assisted by providing us with towels to dry the floor and did offer to move us to another room. The bed sheets smelt like cigerettes as well. But in saying that the bed was comfortable and the accommodation did serve its purpose."

"This is a perfectly fine hotel, and the only option in town it appears, but offers a clean, basic room and bathroom. The personnel at the hotel are are lovely and attentive. The breakfast, which is a modest extra charge, is really very, very good. This was another enjoyable stay! "
