Find 2 Star Hotels in Kwania

"Not realising that the hotel is on two sites, I turned up at the wrong one. It was pouring with rain and the lovely ladies at reception confirmed my booking and gave me a room on that site so I didn't have to drive in the rain. The hotel is not the most logical in how it has been laid out and the room designs are a bit baffling. Also, it was loud at night because there is a club close by. Musics was blaring till 5am but I guess that's beyond the hotel's control. Breakfast was nice and...

"The hotel had no knowledge of "Hotels.com" booking arrangement. After making payments online via Hotels.com, and reserved a cottage, on arrive all cottages were fully booked and on top of it, was asked to pay for an alternative room. Since it was late in the night, had no option but to pay and stay the night. Both Hotels.com and 291 Suites were horrible. It would be good if Hotels.com refunded my money!"
