"今年3年目の年越し上海家族旅行で、前回までより少しランク上のホテルで快適に過ごせてとても満足できました。一つ驚いたのはホテルにチェックインする際に明日からホテルの名前がヒルトンからクンルンに変わると言われたことです。特に滞在中問題はありませんでしたが、数日後の訪中だったら困ったのではないかと思います。予約時と利用時期で名前が違うのであれば事前連絡が欲しかったです。
それと今回も例年同様にビジネスラウンジアクセスプランを選んだのですが、去年までの豫園マリオットでは家族三人でフリーに利用できたのですが、今回は娘の分だけは朝食もナイトタイムも別料金を支払わされました。この辺りも詳しい説明が予約時に参考にできるようにしてほしいです。ホテルと関係ないのですが、滞在中の1/1に上海ディズニーランドにエクスペディアのオプションツアー旅程番号...

"I booked through Expedia in New Zealand. Arrived in Shanghai at the hotel, there was no reservation made. Expedia have been paid but not booked the hotel. The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. Please be resposible and return the payment I made to you."
