The futons were very comfortable on the mezzanine level and, although the fan helped, it was very hot during the summer to sleep as the a/c does not reach that high. Location was excellent for exploring Kumamoto"

"This was ok for one night. Road noise was a bit loud, but they provided ear plugs which was nice. I was put in the unit attached to the check in office and next to smoking area which was not ideal. Nice staff, comfy bed. "
