"Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. "This hotel advertised two king size beds in their suite. When we arrived there was a single double bed. I called expedia who stated the transaction was already completed but they would speak to the property. The property denied that they ever offered a king size bed despite the confirmation email clearly stipulating the king size beds. "We had a great few days staying at the Dev Mahal and exploring Jaipur. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful, particularly in the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and we ended up eating there multiple times - the paneer tikka was particularly tasty. The only downsides were the location, being a bit away from the old city and wifi in the room was inconsistent. But these were minor issues and overall we’d definitely recommend!"
