Le propriétaire nous a informé que c'est une annonce frauduleuse en place depuis avril 2023 mais toujoursenligne. Le service client de Hôtel.com n'a pas pu nous reloger. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller alors que tout était complet. Un dossier pour remboursement est en cours"

"Excellent front desk, very helpful, valuable directions, great location short walk to Petite Socco, view of the harbor when you walk to the street, close to the port. Well kept, always someone cleaning every detail, lobby, hallways included. Typical Moroccan bed was too firm for me -caused tossing and turning. Clean bathroom, my single room had combined shower/toilet. They had a square wooden shower platform but the rest of the floor the tile is slippery when wet and could cause someone to fall."

Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivés selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . Le responsable decide tout de même de nous loger dans un appartement en attendant qu’une chambre puisse se libérer car il avait loué la notre ! Dans l’appartement digne d’un logement du moyen âge aucune propreté ni hygiène. Nous...
