"The staff/owner were very accommodating. They very friendly and supportive
The place has a good location

"Let me start off by saying that is NOT a 4 star hotel, so if that’s what your accustomed to, you will be greatly disappointed.
Here are the positives. 1. It’s centrally located. 2. It’s clean. 3. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Negatives. 1. The rooms are NOT soundproof. You can literally hear everything going on in the hallways, outside, and the rooms around you…EVERYTHING. Bring earplugs. 2. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down stairs. ...
"The room was very good size, but the thing was the toilet was very small one and the toilet door was broken. You can’t lock the door. AC was working but it was at set temperature. You can’t change the temperature at all, remote was not working at all. And there were too many mosquitoes it was very very bad. I couldn’t sleep all night. The location was okay. Staff was okay. We just messaged him on WhatsApp and he sent ladies to clean the room."
"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the property does not have an elevator , they immediately moved us to the first floor since my husband had some difficulty with the stairs."
"This location provided great value for money. It was quiet and not far to amenities and the city center. There was a bakery nearby where I got a byrek each morning for breakfast on my way to get picked up for day trips, or walk to Skanderbeg square. The front desk was staffed 24 hours. There was an outdoor sitting area/bar, which was a convenient spot to wait for my Patoko to the airport. I would recommend Olia Residence to friends."
