"I arrived after midnight due to train delays and getting taxi from station. Although I hadn't notified them and their check-in was closed from 10pm there was no complaint or difficulty with check in. This was great service. Key was given promptly and I was shown to my room which was comfortable and clean and excellent value"

"This place is just awesome! Everything (rooms, shared bathrooms, community area) is clean, looks brandnew, nice community area to hang around. Quiet during the nighttime as it is located in a small road next to the main road. Still everything is in walking distance. I have never experienced such nice staff members. They are willing to help you with everything, always have a smile on their face 😃 If you're looking for a hostel in Banyuwangi look no further - you have just found it!"

"インターネットで予約をして支払いも完了し、予約番号が発行されてるのにインターネット予約は無効だと言われました。その間30分以上待たされました。別のホテルを新たに探して移動するのも大変だったので、現地でインターネット予約の3倍近くの金額を支払い宿泊しました。清潔感は全くありません。サービスも最低です。アメニティグッズはボロボロのバスタオル1枚と小さな石鹸だけです。スタッフは夕方には居なくなりWi-fiパスワードも聞けませんでした。早朝から大音量でモスクの音が聞こえてきて、大雨が降っていましたが早々にチェックアウトしました。チェックアウトの時もスタッフは不在でした。今まで宿泊したホテルの中で最悪です。 "
