There's an obvious staircase to the left, but those are for rooms 6 onwards. Rooms 1-5 are same level as lobby "

"Staff is very friendly & helpful thoughout our stay from 7-10 Mar, room 103 & room 106. When checking in on 7 Mar around 2.55pm, a lady staff / receptionist was very honest to return me the extra RM$200 I over paid. I wish I got her name. Pl thank her again!!"
