"Pretty great view of Mt Fuji from the Fuji-view room. Helpful staff and bike rental. Only downside (although a very small issue) was the entire bathroom moves a little bit, not too much, but enough to feel a little off balanced"

Out of all the hotels I have been to this is the only one that doesn’t hold on to your luggage as complementary you have to use a storage locker so I waited to check in. The hot spring was nice and is next to a plaza with some really good eats. "
