"The area is nice. Its a village outside Dubrovnik about 35 minutes away by bus from the Old City. Its close to the beach. There's 1 grocery store and 1 restaurant that only serve during supper and needed advance reservation .
The caretaker does not speak English at all. You need a goggle translator. The towels were crunchy
Bring soap and conditioner as its not provided.
It would be nice for the host to give some overview of the area . We felt that they don't care at all
every time we ask them....
"Clean spacious and quiet room. Towel was provided and bedsheets. Close to port and bus station serving other cites in Croatia and Dubrovnik including Direct Bus to Montenegro (3 times a day). Buses to Pile gate and old town.
Local supermarket and mall, restaurants. Really good location. Clean bathroom and toilet. Ac was good and working well. Hostel has microwaves and Fridge in the breakfast area. Really great place for mature minds amd quiet away from noise and nuisances..

"The room was very nice and easy to get to by car and bus. It’s a far walk to the main city but the bus stop is right by the location and it took about 5 min to bus to the walls. The room was clean however we did have some issues with the shower drain but it was never anything major. Overall, very worth the stay and it was an amazing trip."
"Die Zimmer sind eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber man hat eine super Aussicht und der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung nach einem Tag in der Altstadt oder im Meer.
Man muss sich aber drauf einstellen bei jeder Rückkehr den Berg hoch zu gehen. Im Umkreis fahren viele Busse, aber keiner fährt den Berg hoch."
"Was an okay stay - about a 10 minute bus ride from the old town, about 90 stairs up to the property, a very small room that just had a small ceiling fan, no aircon, shared bathroom and kitchen. Hosts were perfectly pleasant and for €5 you can use the washing machine, however we were arriving at 1am and weren’t able to contact the property, had sent 3 emails and didn’t know if anyone was going to be there when we arrived, so communication could be better. Bed had rubbish underneath it and...
"Bus to old town is just down the street, 20 minute walk to a nice big pebble beach, and a 20 minute walk to the airport transit bus. Wifi is questionable at times but overall a great place to stay. And the lady who I dealt with for check in and checkout was very helpful! Great customer service!"

"Super nice people. Warm and friendly very clean. If you come by ctaxi its better to have them drop you at Vila Curic and find entrance to left of garages and come doen a few steps. If you give the actual address they leave you and your suitcase at the bottom of about 50 steps. Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful views. Good location. "
