"The receptionist didn’t even have a record of who made the reservation and if it was already paid for. I booked this place only because it was rath Yates and it was close to the temple. The guy charged me 4x the normal price, the least I expect is the receptionist being polite "

"Worst service ever both hotels.com and goroomsgo. The hotel denied our reservation saying their lease ended. We were on our own trying to figure out an another accomodation at 10pm with two little kids and 2 old aged people. After all the chaos hotels.com denied refund of 10k inr saying they werent able to get i touch with the property manger. Never ever booking on hotels.com"

"Bathrooms were moulded and was stinky. No basic amenities. The rooms were too small and no chairs, no shampoo, bedsheets were stained, no intercom working, no running hot water, single towel for two people and napkins were not available.It was showing free parking in app but no parking and the hotel name differ when compared to app. Over all unsatisfactory in many accepts."
