"I have travelled to more than 43 countries but nothing can be more horrible than Oyo Mint Leaves in Hyderabad. Let me list all the problems one by one: 1) No breakfast even though mentioned in booking 2) Dogged refusal to clean rooms despite mentioning 3) Phone not working and had to come down every time 4) Loud noise of carpenter on floor disturbed sleep despite complaining 5) They said they clean rooms only once a person checks out. Not in between stay. 6) There were cockroaches and ants...

"The room was well maintained and the staff was polite. Altough they allowed to checkin at 12 pm initially they were saying the checkin was at 3pm, which was not mentioned in the app. However they later agreed for 12 pm check in. They also told that the room booking was not for 24hrs."
