"Excellent stay. Trevor met us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The hut was super cosy and amazingly clean. We had everything we needed for an offthe beaten track stay. Trevor even booked a table at a local pub and arranged a bottle of fizz for us at my request for my other halfs birthday. The surroundings and views were beautiful and there were great walks in the area too. We felt very secluded and private."

"Very convenient location and near to the showground as was visiting the Royal Welsh Show. "

"Room was lovely and clean , bed was comfy , super breakfast and parking was perfect. Close to the town . Would definitely stay again"

"Lovely cottage and wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. Ideally site near the centre of Hay and a great base for local walks."

"De accommodatie is rustig maar toch vlakbij het centrale gedeelte van Knighton. De kamer is van alles voorzien dat je mogelijks nodig hebt en het ontbijt is zelfbediening in de keuken van de host. De host is heel vriendelijk"

"Well maintained and characteristic property with exposed beams and period features combined with modern decor and facilities. The only thing to be aware of is there is no shower in either bathroom (likely due to low ceilings), although both have a mixer tap with a showerhead so you can sit / kneel and shower this way. Whilst its proximity to the road is close, it was not a busy road, so passing traffic was not an issue during our stay. There was a pub within 1min walk of the property that also...

"The actual cabin and area were really nice, the cabin has aged a little from the photos and the outside area seemed a little unkept, but the inside was perfect. Our only problem was when we arrived at around 3 pm (we messaged prior through hotels.com that we will be arriving around check in time and had a couple of questions but received no reply) we didn't have no code to access the key safe, so we rang the numbers on the property details page and it said the number was inactive and had also...

"The location of the house is great for the pubs, restaurants and shops. The house is charming and the communication with the host was excellent. Would recommend a stay to get away from it all."

"Perfect! Central location in the midst of the wonderful array of shops, cafes and restaurants in Ludlow as well as the historic church and castle a short stroll away!"

"Delightful shepherd’s hut set in the mid-Wales countryside. Well equipped and maintained and very comfortable, it was just right for our long weekend visiting friends in the area. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen and shower room met our needs. We benefitted from excellent weather so were able to take full advantage of the terrace which overlooked a field of buttercups and the nearby hills."

"Overall a lovely experience. The location was beautiful and the house very tidy. No complaints at all. The hot tub was a special bonus Highly recommend this property"

"Beautiful accommodation, stunning views and surrounding area. Highly recommend."
