"Pearl of a hotel. When we arrived we had trouble with the taxi who tried scamming us, charging double the price for a ride from the airport. The hotel manager and the receptionist helped us, got the price way down, and prevented us from getting scammed. They also upgraded us to a beautiful room. Spacious, clean. Service was impeccable, got help to get around in the city and getting a (honest) taxi to the city. Breakfast was nice. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Belgrade."

Personal sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich unterstützt bei allem was benötigt wird. Vielen Dank an Theodora für die Unterstützung und die schöne Zeit."

I went to the front desk to ask whether I could change rooms. I was...
"Extremely Dirty and Unhygienic

The floor was sticky, the bed and towels were dirty, dirty dishes had been left behind, and the entire place was messy, damp, cold, and smelled absolutely awful. The toilet was covered in mould, the bathroom sink was not working, there was barely any toilet paper, and we found dirt and dead animals throughout the property. It was clear...
