She said no...I had to insist a lot so that she called her boss who told her to buy a bottle of oil at the shop in front of the hostel. She could have been more attentive and proactive. But the lady at the reception next day was really friendly."

"in 40 years of holidays around Europe I have never stayed in such a terrible, dirty structure with non-existent assistance. the worst of the worst that you can imagine. avoid contacting this structure in any way. Expedia should refund all those who have booked there to save their reputation, and stop future bookings "
