"Nice ambience and location next to Palio is just great for the price paid. For a short stay, hotel is fairly clean and comfortable but the service there is almost none due to staff inability to communicate in English. Not recommended for the disabled and elderly as there are no elevators."

Water is good pressure and heater option, bed is very firm and slept well.. has TV but we did not use, has wifi but did not use. Owner is nice and helpful even thou not understanding English very well. "

"If you want a getaway from the hustle and bustle, this will be the place to go. Do not expect 5 stars hotel quality coz this is outdoor living. I prefer to call this glamping since the bed in the tent is comfy unlike camping in the outdoors. The staff here are friendly. "Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. Not to worry about the cold, there is a fire at the campsite to keep you warm. Remember to bring a puff jacket to keep you warm too! Overall, I like the experience as I get to travel places to different parts of Khao Yai with the help of Cat. "
