"This was the most expensive stay on our trip to Iceland and by far the most run down and minimal. The experience was closer to a hostel rather than a hotel. The room we stayed in was right beside the kitchen and we could hear everything through what seemed to be paper thin walls starting at 6am. This property is absurdly overpriced for what you get, even for Iceland standards."

"The bungalow was small, but functional. Amenities - minimal. Buffett breakfast (at the Laki Hotel) was good. The servers and staff were great!!!"
