"It was a very basic service that was on offer. As we were just staying 1 night this did the job. Clean and comfortable, but with no added extras."

"Even though the receptionists were really good with me, the place needs maintenance overall. And some vending machines will make it better. The location is far away from restaurants and the town. You need Uber or car to go anywhere. The room was very clean."

"This is a gem in the cute little village in Alford. The staff, rooms, bar and restaurant were all great. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent room and facilities will be back again in 2 weeks"

"Super convenient to Aberdeen Station. Very minor noise from adjacent bars at closing time but otherwise very comfortable. Newly renovated and well put together."

"Clean and tidy"

"Our third time using the Snugs and not disappointed. Usual clean, well catered property."

"Wir haben die Eigentümer zwar nie gesehen, das war aber nicht schlimm, da immer jemand erreichbar gewesen wäre. Es war super sauber und geräumig."

"Where to begin. The staff were all super friendly and polite and the lifts work quickly, I think thats about where the good points end. The hotel is utterly falling apart. The main reception is relatively well maintained and clean looking, the other attached reception is abandoned, falling apart, the bar and resturaunt is closed and abandoned, the main door doesn't work, missing carpets with exposed rotting ply-wood on the floor and walls with random bits of rubbish and broke furniture spread...

"Thanks for a wonderful stay. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. Exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be staying again, as it is very handy for visiting family."

"Myöhäinen check in ei onnistunut ja pääsin vasta aamulla huoneeseen. "
