"We stayed here a week and there were cockroahes everywhere. We did have anyone come in to give us fresh towels or clean the room at all the entire time we were there. The floors were dirty like they didn't sweep or mop before we got there at all. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I asked for a refund two days before because of how bad the room and room service was. They said they dont don't do refunds and we ened up leaving two days early and paying for the last two days as well. "

"This place has been “renovated” but the money has run out. The door to the room had been kicked it and barely repaired. The staff were very nice and were understanding when we said we couldn’t possibly stay there. "
