7 min walk from train station, 7 min walk to Khon Kaen Wall district, 10 min walk to main night market, 11 min walk to McDonald’s, 22 min walk to Lake and associated attractions, 8 coffee shops 3 min, 7/11 and Tops 4 minutes.
Very good price and clean all functional room. Their big sign “no coffee, no elevator, no breakfast “. Says it all on extras. You save enough money to cover coffee etc elsewhere "
"Last minute booking and could not have been happier. Stayed with my wife for Songkran. In a great location, good size room, clean and a great breakfast... I have stayed in a few hotels in Khon Kaen and this is certainly one of the best... they may not have a gym or pool but you can pay for access at the major hotels just a short walk away!!!"
"Late room service preparation for the customer check-in as informed at 14:00 hrs. We have to wait more than 30 minutes, we arrived the place around 15:30 hrs. but wait the room completed at 16:10 hrs."
"Hotel located in a residential area. Japanese drums banging every evening till late night. Dogs bark at 230am, 340am, 440am and sometimes other odd times. Room is spacious but so called hot water is luke warm. Property is not equipped for disable persons as there is no elevators. Breakfast is very simple with instant coffee only. Only positive thing is staff is nice and friendly."

The location is tucked between some other shops, restaurants and near a monument. It was quiet and easy to get grabs/taxis.

"The Internet was barely usable on occasions, the maid flooded the bathroom when attempting to clwan around the Bidet and breaking it and the room keycards didn’t work on one occasion. Apart from that was itgenerally OK "
