"Staff are lack of english skills. Can't seems to get basic request through. The dryer does nit work but was told it does. Had no other way of drying our clothes except the varendah. Housekeeping staff ended up taking my travelling pillow. Had to explain myself to the staff to get it back. Was questioned about a missing floor mat that we never got.
