"The staff on reception which is manned 24/7 are really lovely. Helpful, friendly and do a great job looking after the guests.
There was maintenance going on in the hotel but was respectectful of times. The garden area was out of use as being renovated but again respectful of times.

"It was the worst hotel we stayed in Thailand. We booked not hostel bunk beds but separate room with private bathroom for two people. The room was so small that it was suffocating to sleep at night, balcony doors had such gaps, when closed that the room was filled with mosquitos and I got bitten like 20 places.
