We arrived an hour early for check in after driving a very long time. The staff tried to find us another room, but it wasn't possible with our needs. The exterior of the building was not great, but that didn't affect the stay, weeds and broken building parts, nasty ashtray on top of the garbage can right outside the front door."

Mattress and box spring on floor, security chain broken off, dead bolt does not engage, no peephole, no chair of any kind to even wedge under doorknob. Want a refund!"
