"The room had mold on edges of bathtub, the floor had burns an stains, the hallways are dirty. There are people outside going threw garbage and looking in cars. The night staff lady was very sweet and was doing all she can, but not her fault with lack of maintenence or security"
"I showed up and my reservation was cancelled and they never told me. They realized the mistake and took care of it. We got lucky with arguing to get put up in one of their rooms. Overall, they did let us stay with a small fight to get what we wanted. No amenities. Overall a give them a C-."
"This was the nastiest room I have ever stayed in. Huge cobwebs with spiders in them above your head when you laid down in bed. Moldy english muffiin in breakfast area. If we didn't get there at midnight, I wouldn't have stayed there."
"The room was clean and efficient. We chose this place because it was off the beaten path. It took a little time to find it, but it was very quiet and clean. The woman who checked us in was very nice. The advertisements said it included continental breakfast. None was provided, only a few kurig coffees."
"Normally, I try to stick to larger name brand hotels that I’m familiar with. However, they were all sold out or overly expensive when I was traveling through town. So, I stayed here. I was surprised at how clean and comfortable my room was! Everything was great! This is a very nice motel. Good job, A+! I highly recommend…"
"Pulled into Klamath Falls kind of late after a long road trip with my family. Thought this place looked fine enough and close to the main drag to get some sleep and head back on the road early in the morning. When my husband and I walked in with our 1 year old, the owners upgraded our room to give us more space, and make sure we were "more comfortable". Such a lovely gesture that was greatly appreciated by our whole family. The rooms were very clean and location was great."
"The staff was really nice and the price was pretty good. But the hotel is full of long term tenants drinking and cooking in front of the rooms. Although they were generous enough not to party all night long. The flys were terrible and they would fill the room and were hard to get rid of. The whole complex was dirty and not well maintained. The room was clean enough and had a refrigerator and microwave which is nice because the town didn’t have any good places to eat. Next visit to that area I...
"It would be helpful to have a break down of sleeping arrangements. Sleeps 4 wasn't clear. Is that 2 couples or 4 individuals? One of the pull out beds was broken so had to be slept on as just a couch. Not really long enough for that.
Would be great if there was better lighting in the kitchen and in the bathroom, above the shower. Kitchen had a lot of beautiful antique your equipment, but not usable."
