"This experience was a little different in that we never met any staff at the facility. They leave you a key in a lockbox which was easy to use. The bathrooms are not in the hotel room. They are in a different hallway but each private and VERY clean. We didn't really mind it at all. Our room had a weird slant on one side so we kept bumping our heads on the ceiling there, as the head of our beds were on that slant side too.
