"Hot water for tea was a dribble of water that took forever to fill a cup and it was located up high. The security flip over feature on my door was broken. There was a loose floor tile in the bathroom. The iron was missing. Front desk had extra and damaged plexiglass between staff and guests. I had a hard time hearing while checking in. Staff was friendly enough. Building was run down and signage gave impression the hotel area was unsafe."
