"My wife and I enjoyed every part of staying at Sleep Inn. From the clean room, comfortable, AC, hot water in the shower, provided clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We love the breakfast bar, and I totally enjoyed the fitness room. The staff at the reservation desk was very attentive. The only thing that could’ve used improvement, was that the pool was dirty, and wasn’t available due to a needed inspection other than that, we totally enjoyed our stay there for three days."

"What a pleasant surprise. Was driving through KC on my way to Denver from the East Coast and needed a place for the night. I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn property in years. I'm usually a Hilton or Marriott person. Wow. The associate at check in was friendly and professional. The room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was standard fair. I will say the coffee wasn't very good. I would absolutely stay here again, and lately I don't feel like I say that very often. "

"Staff was friendly and efficient. TV wasn’t working when we came in and they fixed it immediately. The humidity in the room was a problem…sheets always felt wet. They did have a dehumidifier in the room, but didn’t work well. Breakfast was a disappointment… but overall a good stay. Booked this hotel because it had a nice pool…pool was closed! Would stay again."

"The hotel is dated. The outside is run down and needs updating. The rooms have been updated but looks like they cut corners to save money. Trying to charge my credit card again a day after we checked out when it was charged out a day before we checked out."
