"Hotel Comfact was the perfect place to stay for our trip. The location was nice, and close to train stations. We enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and new towels were offered daily. It was a great place to stay, it felt safe, clean, and welcoming."

"The hotel is in a really good spot. Plenty of convenience stores nearby, a good bakery, and so close to the station. I was on the 11th floor and the elevator was pretty fast, though the lining on the elevator walls was beginning to peel off. The room is pretty nice, basically your average hotel room. I originally booked shared bathroom but I guess they gave me an upgrade which was really nice. I didn't interact with staff much but they were very helpful both times I did (for check in and luggage...
