"It was a quiet and wonderful stay on the Japanese countryside. It's a bit out of the way, so make sure when planning your way there you follow the shuttle instructions or have another way of getting there via car or taxi. Staff were friendly and accommodating and helped to contribute to a memorable vacation"

"This will have to be my most favorite part of my trip to Japan. You will have to intentionally come here for the temple stay. First and foremost, the facility will ONLY ACCEPT CASH payment for the stay. Though my wife and I were not too fond of the shared wash rooms to wash up. I don’t believe the facility has rooms with private wash rooms. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. "Very unique place if you'd like to see what a retired love hotel looks like. Pachinko machine in the room but we never pligged it in. The room was larger than expected, almost like a studio suite. There was karaoke next door if you wanted to try it! "

"Very close to the train station. And the department stores and restaurants just above the station. My room has an private washrooms, but no fridge. It's a typical old style Japanese businessman hotel where most rooms has no private lavatory and fridge. And one needs to use the shared one on the hallway. And there's a public bath."
