"The place is in the heart of the city so very convenient if you want that access. Extremely inexpensive but still should be clean. The beds were fine however the bathroom / toilet although rinsed had somewhat of a smell. No HoT water which is something hotel.com should note"

"Staff unfriendly...sheets, doona in my son's room had sex stains all over them. Reported to staff at 2.10pm...returned at 8pm and still not fixed. Both rooms were old and dirty...when we checked in at 12.00 they tried to say we had 1 room booked...fixed that and then when we came back at 2pm to go to our rooms they once again tried to say we had 1 room booked. We had booked 5 nights and stayed 1! Other people were also upset and leaving. I feel that it is a scam....they want you to leave. ...

"Everything is near perfect ! Would have loved for the bubble to be a little more clear as per the photos on the website but that’s just wear and tear. It’s so pretty. "The bungalows are spacious, clean and comfortable with a cozy mattress and linens. You are surrounded by nature where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. It's super easy to park or get a grab /taxi because of the enormous pull in driveway. The pool vibe is chill and has a restaurant next door. Staff is amazing - friendly and always available to assist. This place is a hidden oasis within Ubud."
