"We have stayed at Ko Alina Beach Villas seven times. This is our second time staying at this villa (BT309), and we have already booked the villa for next year. The villa is super clean, has modern furniture, and plenty of kitchenware. The villa has beach chairs, a wagon, and lots of beach toys. The beach and ocean views from the lanai (balcony) are incredible. We can’t wait to return!"

"The villa was lovely and well stocked. Exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous views and the property. We would definitely stay here again. "Very nice and clean townhouse. Family trip to Hawaii, we had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was very clean, easy access, and the host was easy to reach with any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Oahu. Neighborhood was quiet, restaurants, shopping not far. "Courtney’s KoOlina Kai house was INCREDIBLE!! So comfortable. So clean. So quiet. Bright, modern, updated - it has everything. I think the TV is the biggest I’ve ever seen! The neighbors are all friendly. The pool pavilions (which Courtney helped me reserve) were PERFECT to grill dinner by the pool. Courtney was SO nice, gracious, helpful, and kind. I am definitely going back soon!!"
