Facilities are very clean and tidy although the rooms are small and very basic (for the price, its what you would expect, so this is not a complaint). "I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. "

"Having problem when check in. Need to call Expedia support to be able to check in. When got room, room no 1 got no toilet door. Room number 2 smell cigarette. Ask for room change and got room without lock. The toilet door mulfuction. Hose leaking water. Very unsafe. Overall experience very disappointed even for budget hotel. Been into same price room elsewhere but better room and experience. Not recommend to others to book here. Mark my word. "
